After earning a BFA from the California College of the Arts, Phil has been tattooing for 15 years, and has been with Master Tattoo since 2011. Phil excels in traditional, neo-traditional, illustrative, color, black-and-gray, ornamental, and black-and-gray portraits. Phil creates original works both large and small, in addition to expertly executing coverups and older tattoo reworks.
