Requirements:

identification

passport or
military/govt.

is no parental
permission for
persons under
the age of

insurance
purposes, no
visitors/guests
of the customer
can be inside
the work area
and must remain
in the studio
lobby.
California's
Law
Dictates:
Tattooing
minors is
illegal, as
well as morally
wrong.
Under
California law
it is unlawful
to "tattoo" an
individual /
person under 18
years of age.
Parental
consent is not
valid as well.
As used in this
section, to
"tattoo" means
to insert
pigment under
the surface of
the skin of a
human being, by
pricking with a
needle or
otherwise, so
as to produce
an indelible
mark or figure
visible through
the skin.
Payment
Policy:
Master
Tattoo Studio
currently
accepts:
1. Cash &
more cash!
For
your and our
safety we do
not
tattoo:
1. Women who
are
pregnant
2. Persons
under the
influence of
alcohol and/or
drugs.

Appointment
Policy:
Master Tattoo
Studio operates
on a "walk in"
basis.
Exceptions may
be if custom
artwork is to
be created or
altered,
therefor an
appointment
will be
required with a
select artist
of choice.
A minimum
(non-refundable)
deposit of
$20.00 is
required to
hold for an
appointment and
will add
towards your
tattoo.
Touch
Up/Re-Color
Policy:
We honor
all work for up
to one year of
receiving
tattoo at no
additional
charge. Note:
Artist who
originally did
tattoo is
responsible for
re-coloring.
Artists other
than
responsible
artist may opt
to charge a
min. fee. or
more

availability.
Artwork:
Our studio is
equipped with
hundreds of
designs for you
to choose from
or allow our
custom artists
to personally
design one for
you. -This
choice usually
requires an
appointment.
Equipment:
All materials
used in the
application of
a tattoo are
either single
use (needles,
inks, cups,
gloves and
protective
sleeves) or
autoclave
sterilized for
reuse (steel
tubes). Work
area is
protected by
seran film for
each
customer.
