Requirements:

photo identification
Ex. drivers license, passport or
military/govt. id
There is no parental
permission for persons under the
age of 18. - period!
Tattooing minors is illegal, as
well as morally wrong!!!!
For insurance purposes, no
visitors/guests of the customer
can be inside the work area and
must remain in the museum
lobby.
California's
Law Dictates:
Under California law it is
unlawful to "tattoo" an
individual / person under 18
years of age. Parental consent is
not valid as well. As used in
this section, to "tattoo" means
to insert pigment under the
surface of the skin of a human
being, by pricking with a needle
or otherwise, so as to produce an
indelible mark or figure visible
through the skin.

For
your and our safety we do not
tattoo:
1. Pregnant women
2. Persons under the influence of
alcohol and/or drugs.
3. Jackass', Crazies or people we
find unstable to be tattooed at
our establishment.
Appointment
Policy:
Tahiti Felix's Master Tattoo
Studio operates on a "walk in"
basis. Exceptions may be if
custom artwork is to be created
or altered, therefor an
appointment will be required with
a select artist of choice.
A minimum fee (non-refundable)of
$40.00 is required to secure an
appointment and will be added
towards your tattoo. 24 hours
notice is required to change or
cancel an appointment.
Touch
Up/Re-Color
Policy: We honor all work for up to
one year of receiving tattoo at
no additional charge. Note:
Artist who originally did tattoo
is responsible for re-coloring.
Artists other than responsible
artist may opt to charge a min.
fee. or more. Please check w/
artist in advance for
availability.
Artwork:
We are both a custom and
traditional "Street shop" with
hundreds (If not thousands) of
reference designs to select from.
You may bring on your own
rendering or refernce materials
to better assist us in bringing
your vision to reality.
Equipment:
All materials used in the
application of a tattoo are
either single use (needles, inks,
cups, gloves and protective
sleeves) or autoclave sterilized
for reuse (steel tubes). Work
area is protected by seran film
for each customer.
